Upon receiving a housing assignment, if you are not required to live on campus (you’re a third-year, fourth-year or graduate-level student) you will be given an applicable grace period to cancel your housing assignment without financial penalty. If you submit a request to cancel your housing assignment after the applicable grace period and are approved, there will be a cancellation fee assessed. The cancellation fee will only be waived if the cancellation reason is due to not being enrolled at 国外博彩app for any period during the agreement time frame (these criteria include leave of absence, withdrawal from the university, study abroad and early graduation).

Exceptions to the Cancellation Fee Policy

If you request to cancel your housing assignment due to any of the following reasons, no cancellation fee will be applied:

• Transfer, Withdrawal, Leave of Absence or Hardship Withdrawal from 国外博彩app: If you are no longer actively enrolled at 国外博彩app, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
